Williams-Sonoma Baking Fun

Back in December of last year, Williams-Sonoma released an exclusive series of kitchen items for the Snow White baking enthusiast. This 2011 collection is still available and consists of a cakelet pan, spatula, cupcake kit, cookie cutter set, and a child-size apron. All sold separately. Let's have a quick look at each...

Cakelet Pan...

Made exclusively for Williams-Sonoma by Nordic Ware, the nonstick cast-aluminum cakelet pan, bakes eight mini cakes in the shapes of Snow White and all Seven Dwarfs. Retail price $39.95 (USD).

Spatula...

A stainless-steel handle and a flexible, heat-resistant nylon-silicone Snow White head make flipping cookies a blast. Won't scratch nonstick pans. BPA free, dishwasher safe. And again, as with all of these items, it's a Williams-Sonoma exclusive. Retail price $14.00.

Cupcake Decorating Kit...

The boxed set contains 24 cupcake liners (12 Snow White and 12 Evil Queen). They're made of greaseproof paper with food-safe soy ink. Also includes 24 die-cut printed paper toppers attached to wooden toothpicks. Retail price $12.00.

Cookie Cutters Set...

Equipped with metal spring-loaded stamps, this set of four cookie cutters imprint the facial features of Snow White, Grumpy, Dopey and the Evil Queen. Made of plastic. Retail price $19.95.

Kid Apron...

Snow White is embroidered on a pink cotton twill apron made for junior-size children. Includes front pocket and adjustable neck strap. Can also be ordered with up to 9 personalized embroidered letters. Measures 19" wide x 25" long. Retail price $24.95.

  3. Kalli-- I know, aren't these kinda cool?! :)

Kristin-- Thanks. I wanted to do this post earlier when these items first came out. But I waited until I had a chance to get to the store for additional pics.

Alexandre-- Yes. Seems like a good way to get kids interested in learning to bake in the kitchen.

  4. Probably not what I was supposed to think, but when I saw the Snow White heads in the cup in the first picture in my feed reader, I thought, "Ah! Collecting Snow White heads!"

I like the cookie cutter sets. The result in surprisingly good images of the characters.

  6. My friends know me well I received everything, except the cakelet pan & the apron for Christmas gifts. The images on the cookies come out amazingly well. I decided icing them was too much trouble and ended up coating the backs with melted chocolate. They were a hit!

    1. It's unfortunately no longer available at Williams-Sonoma. Though it probably appears from time to time online at auction sites like ebay.
