Bikin Doll Flyer

In the 1980s and 90s, Bikin manufactured a series of 11.5" Disney vinyl dolls. Here's a promotional fold-out booklet showing what was available in the Snow White line. Princess and Prince, Queen, Witch, Dwarfs, a wooden play house, and several changes of clothes too.

Acknowledgments go out to Barbie Minnick and Nick Maglio of Disney Musing for first alerting us to the existence of this flyer. The booklet also had a Cinderella series on the reverse side. Be sure to check out these Snow White dolls in an earlier Archive entry.

  1. Wow, the staring eyes of the Ugly Witch doll would freak me out; imagine those staring at you from a shelf.

    1. Hi John, Sorry, we're not appraisers so we can't accurately name a value for your dolls. However, a quick look on ebay reveals that they are not going for all that much, maybe $20-$40. If the condition of the boxes are mint, you may be able to ask more. Good luck and thanks for stopping by the Filmic Light.

    2. Thank you for your help. I can't find any information about these dolls. Mine have purple shirts instead of blue. can you tell me roughly what year they come out?

    3. Here's a link to an Archive entry we posted on the dolls: http://filmic-light.blogspot.com/2012/07/bikin-dolls.html

They date from the 1980s and early 90s. Haven't seen the purple shirts before, only the purple dress on the Evil Queen.

That is galadrielle2011's Flickr picture....I just now noticed that since the boxes all appear to be the same color, there must've been two different box liner colors....

I know at least one person who believes that there may have been three or more different release dates for these cool dolls.
