2009 Deluxe 17" Snow White Doll

Released back in 2009, this Snow White was the first in a line of exclusive Limited-Edition Deluxe Princess dolls from the Disney Store. According to the product webpage, the design was "inspired by Elizabethan period fashion with lush fabric textures, delicate golden embroidery and intricate trims."

At an impressive 17" in height, the figure towers over other regular barbie-sized dolls. The site goes on to describe the 'quilted, hand-beaded velour cape with satin lining, shimmering gold brocade dress with blue velvet bodice, stunning lace collar with beaded details, and the jeweled heart necklace, glittering apple and bluebird accessories.'

Item No. 200258P.

Fully poseable. Made of plastic/polyester. Packaged in a collector's window display box. Doll stand included. Worldwide limited edition of 5000. Certificate of Authenticity.

The doll alone originally retailed for $79.50 (USD). Customers had the option to add the 2009 Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Blu-ray/DVD preorder and together they sold for $99.50. The set also included a movie poster lithograph.

On June 13, 2012, Snow White reappeared in a stop-motion Disney Living video. "You never know where you'll find a friend". Here's a screen capture from the piece.

  1. That is a geourgeous doll. Usually the Princess sort of look Barbie-esque but this one is trully stunning.

    1. Yes, she is gorgeous, even when compared to the other 17" Snow Whites that came out as part of the Singing Doll series. This one takes the crown. :)
