"Look What I Got" Cel Art

Look What I Got is a hand-painted acetate cel featuring Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. They are shown sampling confectionery treats from Beverly Sunset Sweet Spells, the themed candy shop on Sunset Boulevard at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Florida. The artwork consists of one line color and 17 paint colors. A limited edition of 1500, it was first issued on March 12, 2011 at the park's Studios Animation Gallery. Part of the DHS Ink & Paint cel series.

Disney Store Item No. 7509055880798P.

The artists involved with the creation of the 1500 pieces were Costa Alavezos, Sharon K. Vincent, Jim Bonserio, Erin Magill, Theodora M. DeLaney, David Rippberger, and Lynn Rippberger.

A number of these cels must still be available because with the 25th Anniversary of Disney's Hollywood Studios occurring just a few days ago (on the first of the month), the Disney Store has now made the artwork available for purchase online. Although it's only for a very limited time--from Thursday, May 1st to Monday, May 5, 2014.

Each comes unframed, presented on a custom background. Hand-embossed with the 2011 design seal. Image size 10.5'' x 13''. Retail $150.00. Includes a Certificate of Authenticity.
