Hankyventures is a unique little title published by the Herrmann Handkerchief Company. The cardboard book features six pages, each includes a color illustration of a Disney character, a short poem, and a corresponding cloth handkerchief tucked into die-cut slots. They appear in the following order: Donald Duck, Pluto, Practical Pig, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Dopey. The book measures 7" x 9" and is bound with a colored cord. Two editions of
Hankyventures were produced. In this first example, the front cover features a neutral color background. Also, all of the hankies consist of simple embroidery designs.

In the second example, the front cover includes a blue background, plus all of the hankies are now much more elaborate print designs.
In this later edition, a "Playtime Hankies" imprint was added along the lower back cover.
