This pin was first issued on May 14, 2015 as part of their first Park Pack release. Dopey would thereafter become an open edition and is still available today.

The Park Pack, which cost $39.95/month, included three pins total--Dopey, a Minnie stars & stripes glitter bow, and a Frozen LE 500 (one of several variants).
