2016 Snow White Vinylmation

The Vinylmation Designer Series 2 was released yesterday, October 15th, at the US Disney theme parks and in limited numbers online at the Disney Store. Created by artist Jeff Granito, the 3" vinyl figures are two-faced--with a good and evil side. Arms and head are poseable. Each figure sold separately in a blind-box. Retail $12.99.

The series includes Snow White-Old Hag, Mowgli-Kaa, Belle-Beast, Patch-Cruella De Vil, Buzz Lightyear-Emperor Zurg, Donald Duck (happy/angry), Pluto (angel/devil), and a mystery chaser.

Also available for a limited time at the Disney Store is a sealed tray of 16 individual boxes. It includes two complete sets of the seven known designs, plus one mystery chaser and one additional figure randomly chosen from the seven. Retail $207.84.

Snow White Vinylmation Pins

Many of the designs from the Vinylmation and Vinylmation Jr. figure collections were also made into pins. On July 30, 2009, Park pin series #2 was issued. It included a Snow White piece, one of 10 Disney characters in the collection. These were mystery pins, sold two to a pack for $12.95.

Vinylmation Jr. series #2 was the next to feature Snow White--specifically, her iconic colors. This mystery pin collection was released at the parks in April 2011. It also showed up online at the Disney Store. Our favorite princess was one of 16 in the group. Each factory sealed pack contained 5 randomly selected pins. Retail $25.95 per pack.

The entire Snow White set from Vinylmation Jr. series #6 was released as a mystery pin collection. Each measures about 1.25" tall. Price per 5-pin pack was $26.95. Issued in 2012; September (WDW), October (DL).

Vinylmation Animation series #2 was sold as part of a booster set. Dopey was one of six pins visible within the package. In addition, one of five mystery pins was also included. Released at the parks November 8, 2012. Retail $32.95 per pack

2014 Popcorn Dopey Eachez Vinylmation

A Vinylmation Eachez is a figure that is sold in a blind box and is usually associated with some special event. Inside, you may find the regular Vinylmation character or a rare variant version. The 2014 Dopey Popcorn Mystery Series figure is an Eachez and was first previewed at Epcot's Imagination Gala event in early September.

On September 26th, it was released on a limited basis at the D-Street shops at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. Yesterday, October 3rd, it was made available throughout the parks and online at the Disney Store too. Created by artist Maria Clapsis. Measures 4.75'' high. Retail $19.95.

This Popcorn figure is limited to 1000 pieces, with 100 being of the variant kind. So collectors have a one in ten chance of getting the rare version which features Dopey with diamond eyes.

2014 Snow White Vinylmation - WDW Imagination Gala

The 2014 Imagination Gala is coming to Epcot's World ShowPlace on September 5-7th. Event guests will find a number of pins available for purchase as well as new Vinylmation figures to chose from. A unique "Award Ceremony" collection of gold Snow White figures will be released at this time.

Inspired by the special Oscar that Walt Disney received at the 1939 Academy Awards, the Snow figure stands 3" high, and she's accompanied by the smaller Vinylamtion Jr. Seven Dwarfs at 1.5".

The set of eight was designed by Alex Maher and is limited to 300. Retails for $99.95. They come packaged in an Imagination Gala window box.

Snow White Vinylmation Jr. Keychains

Half the size of the regular Vinylmation figures, the Vinylmation Jrs. are just 1.5" tall. The first of the Snow White-themed characters appeared in 2010, with more to follow. Each has an attached keychain which, if desired, can be removed by simply unscrewing from the top of the head. Sold at the theme parks and online at the Disney Store.


Vinylmation Jr. Series #2:

"Snow White" issued June 18, 2010. Artists: Thomas Scott and Maria Clapsis. Original retail price $8.95. Unofficially referred to as the "color block" series, it features designs inspired by famous color combinations. Snow White, of course, is represented by her blue, yellow, and red.
