1952 Snow White Stationery with Walt Disney Signature

This Walt Disney signed letter is dated April 29, 1952. The Snow White and Seven Dwarfs letterhead coincides with the re-release of the motion picture that year. Walt thanks author Alex F. Osborn for "taking time to say so many complimentary things about Snow White."

Walt Disney Company Stationery, 1952

This 1952 Walt Disney Company stationery features Snow White and the dwarfs along the header. Forest animals are placed in the lower right corner. The film was re-released to US theatres that year.

Colorful promotional headers were a common practice. Here's a few others: Peter Pan was used in 1953, Alice in Wonderland 1951.



The Living Desert also dates from 1953, Make Mine Music 1946, The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad 1949, and Rob Roy another from 1953.

2017 "Art of Snow White" Notecards & Journal

The 2017 80th anniversary Art of Snow White collection includes this notecard set. It previewed at the D23 Expo in July. Now available at the Disney Store (released July 31st). Features 20 notecards (two each of 10 designs), 22 envelopes, two wax candles (black and gold), and a poison apple sealing stamp. Cards are blank inside, measure 4.75'' x 6.75''. Three compartment box is 13'' W x 7.5'' D x 1.75'' H. Retail $29.95 / £30.00 / 40,00 €.

A journal was also produced. Faux leather cover. Comes with five interchangeable cards for front Magic Mirror display frame. Embossed Art of Snow White logo on back cover. Walt Disney Company Stationery, 1967

Walt Disney Productions stationery with a Snow White letterhead. This title font and Seven Dwarfs rendering was used on posters for the 1967 US theatrical re-release. (See an insert poster in an earlier post.) The fine print along the bottom includes the Burbank, CA address and phone number.

Stationery from The Disney Inn (1986-1994). Features the resort's "Sleepy" logo.

  • Notepad. Copyright 1988. Around 25 individual sheets. Measures approximately 4" square.
Notepad generously donated to the Filmic Light by François Monferran.


  • Set of 50 memo pages and envelopes. Paper measures 10" x 6"; envelopes are 6.5" x 3.75".

Snow White Stationery Box from Spain

A vintage Snow White stationery box issued in Spain. Dates from the late 1930s or early '40s. Measures 5" x 6.5" (12 x 16 cm). Lid features the classic cast portrait designed by Gustaf Tenggren. Unfortunately, the original stationary inside is long gone.
