"Wonder Glow" Wall Plaque
The "Wonder Glow" Wall Plaque features a Snow White die-cut piece attached to a sturdy .125" thick cardboard background. A fluorescent glow-in-the-dark coating outlines her and also appears on her dress. Plaque measures 7" x 8" (17 x 20 cm). Made in Canada exclusively for British Canadian Sales & Supplies Ltd., Toronto. Under license from Walt Disney Productions by Florescent Industries, Ltd. Possibly dates from the 1940s.

1938 Snow White Wood Plaques
A set of eight Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs wall plaques with silk screened images. Made of plywood, each measures about 3.8" x 5.4". Metal loop attached to top of back. Ink stamp on opposite side reads, "Hand Printed In Oil Colors - Washable - Copy. 1938 W.D. Ent. - A Fine Arts Picture."
The set was sold at auction by Hakes on July 17, 2014 for $126.50.

Framed Dopey Picture, circa 1940
A four-color picture of Dopey standing next to his bed, "© Walt Disney Productions." Dates from circa 1940. Original frame and glass. Dimensions: 8.75" x 10.75". Possibly an official give-away item or contest prize. See another from this same series in later Archive entry.

Vintage Transfers on Wooden Plaques
A vintage set of large colorful Snow White decal transfers was seen on ebay a while back. Each is marked with the imprint, "© 1937 W.D. ENT." They're displayed on rectangular plaques, fashioned from thin stained plywood pieces and edged in what
looks like old maroon woven book binding tape. All have small paper
hangers adhered to the backs. Sizes range from 8" x 11"
to 11" x 12". The plaques themselves may be unique one-of-a-kind handmade items.

1938 Framed Snow White Pictures
A series of eight color prints featuring Snow White and the Dwarfs was issued in 1938. Each is marked "© W.D. Ent." The framed pictures with glass were available for purchase by the public, and were also used as promotional give-aways, such as in the Jingle Club bread campaign.
The pictures were offered in a various fancy wooden frame styles. Measures 5.25" x 6".
The same prints in slightly different frames are found on p.193 of the 1974 Disneyana book by Cecil Munsey. According to the author, they were "sold by Artisto, Inc. of NYC. Each picture came with an antiqued frame in a box and retailed for 39¢." Other Disney characters were also produced.
More frames are seen on p.149 of The Collector's Encyclopedia of Disneyana by David Longest and Michael Stern.
The prints were issued in metal frames too.
The style of frame and material you got was probably dependent upon where and when the orders were placed and processed. Here's a few more examples.

1958 Reynolds Wrap Wall Plaques
The Reynolds Metal Company teamed up with Disney for a supermarket promotion during the 1958 US re-release of Snow White. A set of eight plastic wall plaques could be had by happy shoppers just by mailing in $1.00 plus the seal from any Reynolds Wrap carton.
Snow White...or should we say Red?
The promotion was outlined in the 1958 Snow White pressbook. Examples of the Dopey and Grumpy plaques are seen with Snow in a store display.
The rest of the Dwarfs...
The plaques were produced using a vacuum mold process.
Different manufacture runs resulted in slightly different color shades.
This one also displays the "Walt Disney Productions" imprint along the top.
The original shipping box with a return label marked, "from SNOW WHITE PLAQUES, 310 W. Washington Blvd., Chicago 6, Illinois." A date of 4/10/58 is written on the lid.
