Sci-fi and westerns were the norm of the day when this double feature of
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs was paired with the western
Flesh and the Spur. This original handbill adverted the upcoming February features at the Outdoor Theatre in Clearwater, Florida. Probably dates from 1958 when
Snow White was re-released in the US. With the likes of
The Blob,
The Tall T, and
The Bride and the Beast, it was one heck of a good week to visit the drive-in!

Wow, that's pretty cool! I think Hollywood is missing out by remaking fairly recent movies like Footloose and ignoring older titles like "I Married a Monster From Outer Space."
