The cardboard box is labeled with the dates for the event.
Stuffed inside the box is some "straw" and a smaller box.

In addition to the Mine Ride, the event will also be showcasing MyMagic+ and the Festival of Fantasy parade. Inside the smaller box are three mock train tickets to see the new attractions.
Also included is a Media Preview Journal which highlights these and other new attractions at the Magic Kingdom. It came with a Seven Dwarfs Mine Train wooden pen for jotting down notes in the booklet.

...the wording of the invitation is very careful, never noting that this is a “grand opening” for the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, instead calling it a “first look,” “preview,” and “dedication,” leaving the door open for the attraction to publicly debut sooner or later than during these dates.
