UPDATE FEBRUARY 21, 2013: Staring in week three of the Annual Passholders promotion, the buttons were sitting out on a table in front of the Main Street Opera House and non-passholders were being told they could take one.

For the first two weeks of AP days, these were being handed out only to annual passholders along with the special AP button of the week. However, this week (week 3 of the promotion) these buttons were sitting out on a table in front of the Main St. Opera House and non-passholders were being told they could take one!
