A Few Coutures From 2011

These Disney Couture shirts were spotted this past March in the TrenD store at WDW's Downtown Disney.

Snow White appears almost mermaid-like in this first example. Original retail price $44.00 (USD).

All images from personal collection unless otherwise noted.

In this blue tee with front pocket, Snow has a real 1930s look.

A Snow "Heart" top retailed for $49.95.

  1. The drawing on the heart-frame shirt is particularly pretty. The ink wash is also striking, but gives Snow White a sultry look I consider out of character. The heart-frame one, though, seems to capture her tender disposition.

  2. I've seen those at Disneyland, too. Very pretty. The only thing that bothers me is the quality (or lack of) of the fabric. It's ultra thin and flimsy.

  3. Very very pretty! Couture is one of my favorite things! Too bad I can't always afford it! HA!

  4. Those are adorable, I especially love the second one! :)

  5. Sheryl-- The heart-frame does do a good job of capturing SW doesn't it?

Connie-- It's too bad about the quality of the fabric, especially considering the price.

SBB-- Couture does have terrific designs. As a collector, I wouldn't mind adding a few of these to my acquisitions, but probably not at these prices.

Gabriella-- These are pretty stunning designs, some of the coolest ones I've seen.
