1938 Belgian Snow White Lunchbox

This "biscuit" tin was originally sold with cookies and then could be re-used as a lunch box. Dates from circa 1938. Made by the Belgian company J. Schuybroek of Hoboken-Anvers. Marked "Par Aut Walt Disney Mickey Mouse S.A." in each of the different scenes on lid and four sides. Artwork is based on Gustaf Tenggren's original Snow White sketches. Container measures 5" x 8" x 4" tall (20.3 x 12.7 x 9.8 cm).

  2. Yes, me too. There's a number of Snow White "biscuit" tins that were produced in Belgium during the late 1930's. I'll be posting more pics in the near future.
